It’s no surprise that someone who create an external talent sourcing search/outreach tool using ChatGpt. JuiceBox, a startup, has developed a ChatGPT tool that assists with the sourcing and identification of LinkedIn profiles. The tool is capable of streamlining and refining searches for specific profiles online. This may be a bigger distributor to external sourcing that we’ve seen come along thus far.
With PeopleGPT, there’s no need to endlessly scroll through LinkedIn. Simply provide your search criteria, such as “PMs with experience in leading a team to build a React Native app,” and PeopleGPT will take care of the rest. Developed by Juicebox (YC S22), a YCombinator-backed company, PeopleGPT streamlines the process of finding the right professionals for your needs.
First, ask the tool to create a specific search for candidates.
Example of a search query:
Senior engineers in California with 4+ years experience in autonomous vehicles
